Bridging the Gap is one of the leading documentary new talent initiatives in the UK, offering documentary development training, a cash budget, and one year of international festival distribution.
The programme is dedicated to Scotland-based, new and emerging filmmakers with a short documentary idea seeking development.
Join us for an informal inspiration session taking place at GMAC Glasgow on Thursday 21 August (4PM - 5PM)
We will run through the application guidelines, give you some pointers on developing your short documentary narrative, creating a story from an idea, and how to put this on paper. There will also be a chance to pitch us your ideas, and ask any questions you may have before submitting your application.
